Wisc. puppy mill bill advances

A proposed law designed to crack down on puppy mills has moved forward in Wisconsin.

State Assembly Bill 250 would require breeders that have more than 25 breeding dogs to get a license and undergo yearly inspections. The bill passed the Assembly unanimously and now moves to the senate.
